Because our Asheville house plans were created by some of the best designers and architects and then tested and perfected by us, we know exactly how much each build will cost and can closely estimate how much time the construction process will take.
At the start of a project, you are offered a fixed price. Should you choose to include any of our catalogued variations in your home, the predetermined costs for those amendments will be factored into the pre-fixed price.
Our three premier designs, the Bracken, Oakwood, and the Thurland, are all Green-certified and offer 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with the option to include a garage and other custom variables. They are both priced attractively in the mid-200’s, excluding land.
